Family practice is all about providing you and your family with personalized, ongoing healthcare. Family doctors, or general practitioners (GPs), are your go-to healthcare providers for a wide range of health needs, offering care that covers everything from preventing illness to treating common conditions and managing long-term health issues.

Welcome to Our Family Practice
Our Boundless Medical Family Practice is located inside Inlet Pharmacy in beautiful Port Moody.
At this time, we’re focused on caring for our current patients, most of whom have joined us through the Health Connect Registry, which supports people without a family doctor in finding ongoing care.
We are not accepting new patients right now, but we understand how important it is to have a family doctor. If you're looking to connect with one, we encourage you to register with the Health Connect Registry, which helps match patients with available providers as spaces open up.
Local residents can also join our Port Moody waitlist here, and we’ll be in touch if we’re able to open up more spots in the future

MODERN, SIMPLE, PATIENT-CENTERED
We’ve designed our family practice to be simple, flexible, and focused on your time and comfort. All appointments are booked online. You choose what works best for you, whether in-person or by telehealth, and you’ll receive automatic reminders along the way. No waiting on hold, no back and forth.
We also use secure AI technology to streamline the booking process and enhance documentation during visits, helping keep appointments efficient and focused on you, not the screen.
When you arrive for an in-person visit, help yourself to a complimentary tea or coffee and take a seat. The doctor will call you in personally.
As a solo, part time practice, we don’t operate with a full time receptionist or telephone line. Instead, we’ve built a system that gives you control, convenience, and a more relaxed healthcare experience
CLINIC HOURS & GETTING CARE
Appointments are available on Mondays and Thursdays. You can book online anytime. Just choose the time that works for you and whether you'd prefer an in-person or virtual visit.
Outside of those days, local pharmacies (such as Inlet Pharmacy) can help with many minor concerns like rashes, UTIs, or pink eye. For more information [click here].

EXTRA SERVICES & FORMS
We know life doesn’t stop at your medical appointment. Sometimes you need a form, a note, or something a little extra. We're happy to help with things like: Sick notes, Driver’s medical exams, insurance & work forms and other paperwork not covered by MSP.
These are called uninsured services, which means they aren’t paid for by MSP. We generally follow the Doctors of BC fee guide to keep costs fair and transparent.

While located at Inlet Pharmacy, we are an independent practice. The pharmacy staff are lovely and always happy to help, but they can’t book appointments, access records, or answer clinic related questions.
