Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment you confirm that  a) you accept and are bound by the Terms of Use below; b) the test to be performed by Boundless Medical meets your specific travel or testing needs; and c) Boundless Medical takes no responsibility in the event you have booked an inappropriate test".

By agreeing to a COVID 19 PCR Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test or to a Rapid Antigen Test with Boundless Medical BC LTD, through your registration on our website,  you hereby agree and consent to the following:

"I confirm that I have read the 'Boundless Medical Safety Questionnaire' at the time of booking. I confirm that I will complete a safety questionnaire on my appointment date. I agree that if on the day of testing I answer "yes" to any of the questions, testing can not proceed. 

I understand that I am consenting to undertaking Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing via nasopharyngeal collection swab, or to Rapid Antigen Testing via nasal collection swab, to detect the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19 infection. I verify that all the information on the self-assessment questionnaire form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. A negative test result suggests that I do not have an active COVID-19 infection at the time of testing, though I understand results cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The testing method that I am consenting to will not confirm immunity to COVID-19, nor will it confirm if I remain virus-free after testing. I understand there is also a small risk of false-positive results. 

I understand that Boundless Medical will analyze my specimen using a Health Canada-approved device for Rapid Antigen Testing and/or PCR/NAAT testing. I understand that while best efforts will be used to report my results in a timely fashion, turnaround and reporting times are variable and can be subject to unforeseen and uncontrollable delays. In the event that PCR results are not back in six hours, I understand delays may occur if samples need to be retested for quality control purposes. 

I agree that Boundless Medical is not responsible or liable for any travel expenses, cancellation costs, changes in flight or travel itineraries, denial of boarding, inability to work or engage in economic activity, refusal of any authority to accept the test results, or quarantine by any government or agency.

By booking an appointment, I confirm that the test performed by Boundless Medical meets my specific travel or testing needs. I confirm that Boundless Medical takes no responsibility in the event I have booked an inappropriate test.

I hereby provide my consent for Boundless Medical to share my personal demographic information with any government agency, health authority or federal or provincial health department, health ministry, or public health agency ONLY in the event of a positive result. I understand and consent that Boundless Medical will notify public health officials of any positive results and will provide them with my contact information in the event of such a result.   

I consent to Boundless Medical collecting and storing my personal information securely, including my name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth. I agree that Boundless Medical is authorized to transmit my personal information and test results to me, via email. I further agree and understand that my personal information may be stored on servers located outside of Canada and that my personal information may cross international boundaries outside of Canada ONLY in the event of a positive test result.

I acknowledge that all prices are correct at the time of booking. Should prices drop, I will not be entitled to a refund. Should I make voluntary changes to my booking, I may be required to pay additional fees. I acknowledge that should I wish to change my booked appointment to a different appointment type, my original appointment will be canceled as per Boundless Medical's cancellation policy and that I will have to make a new appointment. I acknowledge that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy. I acknowledge that there are no exceptions in the event of unexpected trip cancellation or a medical emergency or a change in travel rules.  I acknowledge that Boundless Medical has recommended the purchase of travel insurance to cover these events. I acknowledge that prices shown on are for online bookings only. 


If I choose to cancel my COVID-19 test (antigen, virtual, RT-PCR) or COVID-19 documentation of recovery, after booking and payment is completed, Boundless Medical will charge a $10 administrative fee in order to complete my cancellation and refund if cancellation is made within two weeks of the appointment. If I miss my appointment without canceling in advance by at least 24 hours, then I understand the full testing fee is non-refundable. If I choose to change my appointment time, Boundless Medical will adjust my appointment time at no extra cost if given greater than 24 hours notice and there is availability. If I choose to change my appointment time and there is no availability then I will be refunded, minus a $10 administrative fee. If I choose to change my appointment time with less than 24 hours' notice then I understand the full testing fee is non-refundable however the appointment may be rescheduled once, within a 4-week period, and any further change or cancellation is non-reasonable. I understand and agree that once my COVID test has been completed, there are no refunds. I understand that any promotional offers or prices are only available for new bookings and can not be applied retrospectively to bookings already made. 

I recognize that whilst Boundless Medical is a fully accredited facility for both COVID-19 antigen and PCR testing with the CPSBC. Virtual services are not governed or accredited by provincial or national licensing bodies. 

I agree that the Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada and that any claims arising from my COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Antigen Test shall be brought exclusively within the Province of British Columbia, Canada exclusively through arbitration. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Boundless Medical product or service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Boundless Medical will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, and such binding arbitration shall occur exclusively in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada."
