Welcome to our Family Practice at Inlet Pharmacy in Port Moody!

​We are currently at full capacity. New patients will be invited to join our practice by scheduling a "Meet and Greet" appointment through the link below.

For those looking for a family doctor, we recommend registering with the Health Connect Registry to help connect you with a physician when openings become available.

At this time, we are offering a limited range of services and are available on Mondays and Fridays only. All appointments are made online. If you anticipate needing more frequent care, you may want to explore alternative options until a spot opens up.

​

Once invited to join the practice, you will be asked to complete an intake form. Your first appointment will be a "Meet and Greet" to ensure it's a good fit for both you and Dr. Bax. After this initial appointment, attachment to Dr. Bax will be confirmed, as long as both parties are in agreement.

Our practice hours are:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 15:00 PM

• Thursday: 12:00 PM– 16:00 PM
