How It Works
**As of 12:01 AM ET on June 12, the USA will end COVID-19 testing requirements. Although no longer compulsory the CDC continues to recommend pre-departure testing and the wearing of masks.
For those clients who still wish to get tested two promotional options are available to Kenmore customers. Please email to book and receive the discounted rate.
1. Visit Boundless Medical in Victoria, BC, and receive an on-site test
2. Book a virtual appointment and use any Health-Canada approved store-bought COVID-19 antigen test or collect a kit from Boundless Medical/ the Harbour Air terminal in Victoria.
All clients receive certified copies of their results, allowing easy transit through customs.
The appointment will take 15-20 minutes depending on the COVID-19 testing kit being used.
All clients must present a valid Kenmore Air ticket at their appointment to receive this promotional price.
Read below for what to expect on the day of your appointment
1. Book your appointment via our online booking calendar
Input your demographics which will be used to create your test certificate. If you can't find a time that suits your schedule, please reach out by email to telehealth@boundlessbc.com and we'll do our best to assist you!
If you are booking an in-office appointment, simply show up on the day of your appointment with photo ID. Our location is 3980 Shelbourne St, Suite 404, Victoria, V8N 6J1. For in-office appointments click here.

3. Log in for your appointment
You will receive a link for your appointment in your booking confirmation and reminder email.
No software or downloads are required. You can log on using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Your device must have a camera.
Please have a valid piece of a photo ID and your Kenmore air ticket ready. We can not issue a certificate without them.
You will arrive in a virtual waiting room.
Our supervising technician will open your appointment when they are ready for you!
4. Complete the test
Our technician will talk you through and observe you conduct the test on yourself.
The test kit must then be placed in front of the camera for 15-20 minutes to confirm the results.
While the test is running, you are welcome to turn your microphone off and continue about your day.
5. Test certification
Once completed, our technician will inform you of your results and send you the certification of your results via email. You can use either an electronic or printed copy of your results to clear customs.
